Being on a diet is not limiting yourself to eating fruits and vegetables, but diverse and healthy food. This includes protein sources, fiber sources and of course carb sources. There are a lot of sources for carbs and many are not  a healthy option, but we are here to spread your horizon and show you the best carb food there is.

We are taking a level up and telling you that some carbs can actually help you to burn that extra fat you want to loose so bad. Yes ladies, it is not that bad after all. Beans

Beans, beans are good for your heart! And yes, the more you eat; the more regular your digestive system will function, which aids greatly in weight loss. Plus, in addition to being high in fiber, beans also pack valuable amounts of protein and iron to fuel your workouts.

Sweet Potatoes

Keep a couple of these orange root vegetables in your pantry for when you want to satisfy your carb craving and sweet tooth (OK so it’s no candy bar, but c’mon). A medium-size sweet potato contains about 27 grams of carbs, but they’ve been shown to increase levels of adiponectin, a hormone that regulates blood sugar, and in turn helps encourage a faster metabolism.

Quinoa

Eating quinoa will keep your blood sugar levels balanced because it is released slowly in your blood stream. It contains twice as much fiber as other grains. It aids weight loss, so why not having a bowl of quinoa in the morning.

Brown Rice

If you want to feel full longer and burn fat at the same time, opt for brown rice instead of white rice the next time you make a stir-fry or order sushi. Why? Unrefined brown rice is jam-packed with slow-burning fiber, as well as many essential vitamins and minerals that are absent in its white counterpart.

Plain Greek Yogurt

Plain Greek yogurt is fat-free and contains lots of protein. Its is a probiotic which means that is good for your stomach flora. Eating Greek yogurt will reduce you belly fat and BMI(body mass index).
